Arena Central is a 9.2 acre regeneration site at the heart of Birmingham City Centre and forms a significant part of the vision for the city's Westside and Enterprise Zone, as set out in the Big City Plan. Work will start in mid 2013 on a contemporary 14 storey, 250-bedroom Holiday Inn Express hotel.
